Welcome to Party Barn! By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before.

Payments are accepted via Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle.

If payment is not received by the due date, Party Barn reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future event if rescheduled at least X days in advance.

Cancellations made within X days of the event will result in a forfeited payment.

If Party Barn cancels due to unseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be issued.

Rental Policies & Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring sufficient space, accessibility and a safe set up area at the event location.

All rentals must be kept clean, dry, and in their original condition throughout the rental period.

Party Barn is not responsible for any venue restrictions that may affect the setup.

The client agrees to supervise all rentals, especially inflatables and children’s seating.

Delivery, Loss & Liability

The client is responsible for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning of rented items. A fee will be assed for necessary repairs or replacement.

Party Barn is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from rental use.

The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring proper use and supervision of rented items.

Weather Policy

Outdoor rentals are subject to weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather (rain, high winds, extreme heat), Party Barn may reschedule or cancel for safety reasons

No refunds will be issued due to weather, but a credit for a future event will be provided.

Photography & Marketing

Party Barn may take photos of event setups for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your event to be featured, please inform us in writing before your event date.
